Payment & Waiver Clause
By registering for and/or submitting payment for the Master Workshop, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
  1. Payment & Non-Refundability
    The workshop fee is $150.00 USD and is non-refundable for any reason, including withdrawal, absence, scheduling conflicts, or dismissal.
  2. Liability Waiver
    In consideration of participation in the workshop, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with physical activity and instruction, and hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the workshop organizers, instructors, venue, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of participation.
  3. Media Release
    By paying for and attending the workshop, the participant grants permission for photography, video recording, and other forms of media to be captured during the event. The participant waives any rights to compensation, ownership, inspection, or approval of said media, which may be used for promotional, educational, archival, or commercial purposes in perpetuity.
Payment of the workshop fee constitutes full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
